Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in vending at Fairfax Body and SoulSM from 11-5 pm on September 25th, 2010!
We are excited to provide a dynamic environment to showcase your work.
SPACE IS LIMITED. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO VEND PLEASE REGISTER TODAY AND YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED IN THE ORDER IT WAS RECEIVED.
Some important details:
- You will need to bring your own tables, tents, etc. There is a limited number spaces with electricity available for an additional fee.
- We expect vendors to participate in the success of the event by emailing your personal and professional lists/networks to invite them to the event, and also by putting up/displaying posters and handing out flyers (we will provide) when possible. See below for Cut and Paste content paragraph to promote the event to your contacts.
- Vending is available on a first come first served basis (Vendors who have registered AND paid are considered "first come").
- Vending is also discounted for Fairfax Chamber of Commerce members and we invite you to save money and support Fairfax's business environment by joining the Chamber. All Chamber members will receive some free tickets for the event and can buy additional bulk discount tickets. All our materials will encourage people to "Shop Fairfax for Free Tix".
- Our media sponsor, The Pacific Sun has arranged highly discounted advertising for our vendors; Ethan Simon may contact you about this affordable opportunity for high visibility for your business as well as Fairfax Body and Soul. There will be additional discounted advertising in the Marin IJ and Rozan may contact you.
- Corporate vendors are welcome but Sponsorship provides a better return on investment. For questions about sponsorship or vending please fill our our registration form or contact Hannah.
- Please consider the environment when planning your booth.
